Smart ideas for the dynamic and web-based management of product information have been implemented in the new 2.0 release of the infuniq®PIM-system.
Unstructured and granular product information are the basic requirements for a multi-functional publishing to promptly enforce the efficient, cost comprehensive and consistent product communication.
In order to optimize these processes, the PIM system infuniq® now provides an additional web-client and an enhanced workflow module. A generic and parallel workflow of all departments and external co-workers, minimize misunderstandings and enables searching for latest information during the product data maintenance.
Moreover, the entire user-interface of the system is available in several languages. Additionally to the basic German language, English has been implemented as a second standard language.
Furthermore, the user interface and the functionality for defining table-styles have been refined and basic style-templates are now pre-defined.
Thus, compositions of complex product information in pivot tables for the automatic catalogue creation with Adobe InDesign CS4 or for multilingual product catalogues on the Internet were further simplified.
