The POLYRACK-TECH-GROUP sees itself as a specialist in the fields of electronic packaging, synthetic technology and surface processing. The manufacturer focuses mainly on developing modified and customer-specific solutions based on the 19” standards.
Assignment
Enabling the company to issue product information on the internet as well as in product catalogues and marketing documents within no time. In the course of implementing infuniq®, the new web presence needed to be updated in alliance with the corporate identity.
Implementation
The realization of the project included implementing the web presence in all together three languages (German, English and French). Re-launching the website created an online performance that enables customers to find all relevant information about products they want to know about. Administering all product information in a central PIM system also offers great advantages for employees: Updates can be carried out within no time and transferred to the internet or the product catalogue.
Details
The challenge was to implement the infuniq® PIM system and link the product information to the accordant web contents from the Content Management System. infuniq adds important product data such as images, technical data and documents to the available Meta data.
The POLYRACK web presence demonstrates the seamless cooperation of CMS and PIM system. This is how the product section for the customers turns into the website´s highlight: While products and product information are dynamically played out on the right half of the page, static web contents are displayed on the left half.
